ABOUT

ELB Construction Management, owned and established by Eli Bracha, a building engineer and graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technion, Israel, is dedicated to building and improving residential and commercial structures according to client needs and desires. Founded in 2019 and based in New York City, we are ready to manage and build your new development and save you money and time through expert construction management services.

PAST EXPERIENCE

Before founding ELB Construction, Eli worked with private construction management firms in NYC and Israel. As a Project Manager, he was responsible for managing projects from foundations to final finishes, including bid reviews, contract negotiations, and conflict resolution. He also handled the administrative aspects, such as budgeting, violation management, permits, and occupancy processes.

  • ELB Construction management - Brooklyn, NY:  Managed and supervised numerous residential projects, including:  637 Madison St. , 1607 pacific St. , 100 monitor St. , 900 knickerbocker Ave, ,  1060 Jefferson av.           37 Aberdeen St. ,  39 Aberdeen St. ,  737 Fenimore St. ,  149 Quincy St. , 106 Jefferson Ave. ,  516 Lexington Av. 1030 Lorimer St. ,  332 E28th St. and more.

  • Shufersal Logistics Center, Israel: Served as Owner Representative and Superintendent for Israel's first automatic frozen foods and cold storage logistics center (375,000 sq ft, $100M).

  • Avis Israel Office Building, Lod: Led the skeleton stage of a five-story concrete office building (75,300 sq ft, $5M).

  • Tel Aviv Municipality: Managed construction of an elementary school, kindergarten center, and sports center with a focus on accessibility and compliance with educational institution codes.

  • Eli’s extensive experience also includes managing complex projects in high-traffic urban areas and successfully delivering short, intensive projects like the sprinkler system and fire control adjustments for the Colmobil Group, completed on a live site.
